FUTURE SCIENCE

                                THE NEEDS OF SCIENCE

TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT

As a part of every day life, the needs of technology are growing rapidly with the increasing population.
one of the greatest demands of today's world is the need of machine experts i.e people who excel at designing and developing unimaginable machines.
and the real question rises here when we think about toady, the question itself questions a whole generation lot. That is
"can we really reach that day where we lack engineers or machine experts you're bragging about?"
And my answer would be indubitably YES!!
There's no doubt that we have more than machine experts toady,But what about tomorrow?
Is the future of machine experts and mechanical engineers safe??

THE BLACK AGE?

The future is absolutely safe  this is heard very often when such question arises in some discussion.
But is it really??
In the modern day,as the popularity is rising for computers and demand for computer engineers in this world is increasing rapidly, there might be case where the demand is met and the demand for a much more advanced technology arrives.
If such a day really arrives, what might happen?
The situation might turn bad or worse!! but the only option we'll be left with is waiting for a new generation to come up with a solution.
And reasons can be listed as below.

THE THREE MAJOR REASONS

1>> The first reason is that the new generation lots aren't able to find job satisfaction
Importance of job satisfaction.

2>>High demand for computer and technology professionals.
Growing demand

3>>The previous generations.

The first two points you read above might not be so surprising,But the third point might strike you out of the blue.
and YES the previous generation are also responsible if we're ever to face crisis in the future.
Let's see it in a small example
As it is inappropriate to consider a developed country,Let's see the case of a developing country with the second largest pool of scientists and engineers in the world.
And yes, i'm speaking about India.

A FIELD EXAMPLE

India is a developing country with a huge development rate and a strong hold of quite a bit of population in this world.so,it is natural that demand for technology is quite a lot in India.
Now lets see a small case in India,

these are the stats of a prestigious engineering university in India

this graph depicts the percentage of students placed in different companies

this is the graph of a prestigious college in India
seeing these graphs, one might not know the actual situation in the cut.
To depict that picture in a scene,Here take a loo at the below graph,
The above graph makes clear that the demand of the jobs for mechanical engineers is rapidly decreasing.
and the possible reason is the pre-occupied industries
in the era of 1980-2009
there are a lot of job oppurtunities for mechanical engineers as,mechanical sectors such as industry demand and product development play in important role in the development of a country..

As the core jobs percentage is decreasing rapidly,
The very few reasons we could think of are
The past generation satisfying the needs of the industry currently existing.
As the need for the industry is satisfied for now,the young generations are not being skilled enough in their core subjects like mechanical.
Sow when the previous generation retired and the need rises again,
The young machine experts won't be sufficient for the demands of the jobs
Because of the technological advancement and the need of machines to keep up with the software.
